However, purchases made through our Store are transactions made directly between you and Elarvozu / Gondwana Foods Hongkong Limited, rather than with Shopify.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify is not responsible for the products sold by Elarvozu or for disputes, injuries, damages, or losses arising directly from transactions between you and Elarvozu.
